I booked and paid for the deluxe king room and when get got the keys and headed to the room we got told that because we did not book our animal when we booked we had to take the single very small room with a full size bed at the same price. When I asked about the price difference as online it showed the same l room as costing $89 and I had paid $173 for the larger deluxe room I was told that I got it on sale and that because I did not explicitly say I had a dog that it was my fault even though this hotel says pet friendly they are not. When I booked I put in 2 adults and 1 pet.

I enjoyed the private balcony with view of trees and the shine shining in to illuminate the room making it warm and cozy. Bed is extremely comfortable! Love the hardwood floor. Tv easy to operate. I’ll definitely be back!
