This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

Amazing Lake House

Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk up to the front door the view is amazing! The check in process was easy peasy also! If their would of been an issue, they had an alternative eay to get in. (We didnt have to us!) As a Family of 5 we had ebough soace and enjoined our time with fishing, using the paddleboat, and just relaxing! I wish we had more time because their is just so much do in crystal river and we were close to everything! Definitely will be booking again next year!

Crystal River manatee trip 2025

Our group was 3 couples returning to Crystal River for our 3rd year to kayak with the manatees. This house was an ideal location. We kayaked the canal right behind the house and then only a 5 minute car trip to Hunter Springs where we launched to visit Three Sisters Springs. We also brought our e-bikes and we were able to bike to several restaurants restaurants and spots in Crystal River.
