"Room was comfortable. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. Only one trash can but i mentioned as i checked out and they wrote it down. No free breakfast or coffee in room but got coffee in shop in lobby for a price. They had a variety of breakfast food. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. It had 3 to 4 restaurants to choose from within walking distance of room and a new place being built. Our room was quiet especially with the sound of air conditioner but our friends said they heard one of restaurant's music from their room. We had a downstairs room, they had upstairs room. Friendly staff. "

"This is a very nice house that is well cared for and Fran is very easy to deal with and responsive. The pool is great as well as the hot tub. Fixtures, fittings and amenities are great. We loved the nearby seafood restuarants and recommend the shrimp/redfish. Shrimp Landing, Tipsy Tarpon and the Shed in Homosassa were all good. An early morning drive to Rainbow Springs rewarded us with a glorious kayak down the river. Highly recommended. All in all, a nice, relaxing home that serves as a base to explore all the area has to offer. Be sure to get a coffee at Cattle Dog on Citrus Ave. Tim S"

"There were no pool towels. When I asked the front desk they said she would call housekeeping, an hour later I went back and asked for manager. Finally the manager and housekeeping supervisor brought us bath towels for the pool. We had snacks at tiki bar, dinner at west 82, which was delicious. Breakfast Saturday, before our massages was not what we expected. It took a long time and was cold, the water…what’s up with that? We live in Homosassa and recommend the plantation, we’ve actually stayed there for our anniversary, sunset tour and all of our family members for the manatee tour. Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."

"The house was easy to find. The property appeared to be newly renovated and beautifully decorated! We utilized the boat dock as well which kept us from having to load and unload boat daily. The heated pool was perfect for the kids! Our only issue, which would be completely out of control of property owners, was the sand gnats. That was the entire area however. But thankfully there was a local Rural King store and we were able to get some things to help with that. Overall the house was absolutely perfect!"
