Estadia razoável. O quarto estava bem limpo e confortável e o hotel é bem localizado. Minha critica ao café da manhã de baixa qualidade e insuficiente pro movimento de hospedes. Fiquei minutos aguardando reposição de itens que haviam acabado e não teve reposição. Nao havia ninguém do staff disponível por perto. Me cobraram meia diaria pra entrar no quarto 1 hora antes. No hotel só tinha agua enlatada de 10 reais, sem demais opções; precisei comprar agua nos arredores

Segundo a atendente do check-in, o tipo de quarto que reservei (cama King) não existia e foi um erro do site Hotéis.com. Foi me dado um quarto standard. Além disso, o quarto estava bem sujo e cheirava um pouco mal. Apenas 2 das tomadas do quarto funcionavam e a saboneteira no banheiro estava quebrada e quase caindo da parede. O hotel fala que tem piscina (no elevador e em sua sinalização interna), mas ela está fechada e não parece que vai reabrir tão logo. A academia também estava fechada e os aparelhos em manutenção.

Um bom hotel e bem localizado

É um bom hotel, muito bem localizado e o atendimento é adequado. O estacionamento é um pouco pequeno, mas os atendentes foram atenciosos em nos orientar quanto a isso. O café da manhã é bom e com variedade. A única questão é que o banheiro não estava aspirado muito bem.

Atendeu à nossa necessidade

Atendeu bem à nossa necessidade, exceto com relação à limpeza dos quartos, que precisa melhorar. Quando entramos no quarto, o banheiro estava usado. A recepcionista prontamente nos trocou de quarto. Mas no outro quarto a chaleira estava suja por dentro e uma das toalhas manchadas. As recepcionistas foram muito atenciosas e prestativas para resolver esses problemas, mas é muito ruim quando isso acontece. Bom café da manhã.

Ótima estadia

O hotel é novíssimo e está em ótimo estado. Fica em um prédio com estrutura para algumas lojas, porém, por ser novo, ainda não tem nada aberto. Mas o hotel é bem localizado e na recepção há várias opções de comidinhas e lanches rápidos para comprar. Tem inclusive congelados e o hotel disponibiliza um micro-ondas na recepção. No quarto há um frigobar e cofre. A ducha é muito boa e a cama é muito confortável. Só senti falta de mais travesseiros, mas pedi na recepção e me deram mais. Foi uma ótima estadia.
