Large farmhouse for 8–9 people, 5 minutes from Étang du Merle (beach, swimming, pedal boats, fishing...) and 8 minutes from the water sports center at Étang de Baye and the Canal du Nivernais.
This cottage features a large living room (45 m²), a fully furnished and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), and 3 bedrooms, each with new bedding! (Bedroom 1: 1 double bed; Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 2 single beds; Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and 2 separate toilets... all set on 500 m² of fenced-in property in front of the cottage.
Minimum 2-night stay, except from June 17 to September 2 (weekly rentals only)
Price per night: 80 to 150 euros depending on the season
Mandatory cleaning fee.
