New house of 100m2, very bright, facing south with large openings in a very quiet and green environment. Land of 1000 M2 located in a cul-de-sac, far from busy roads. You will be between the village of Crozon, close to shops and the beach of Morgat (5min by bike). A very wooded area is accessible on foot from the house. Small sea view.

Juwel in Crozon

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit toller, individueller Einrichtung und wunderschönem Meerblick auf die Bucht von Morgat. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts! Über die gute, kleine Bibliothek mit ausgefallenen Büchern (der Atlas der abgelegenen Inseln) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
