We stayed two nights. The first night (Friday) it was quiet and peaceful. The second night it was loud and I mean stomping around above us loud. Running around and yelling in the halls. I called the front desk twice. The third and forth no one ever even answered. The hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. Just wish that it could have been as peaceful as the first night for our whole stay.

We travel often for sports and decided on this in-town option. I am so glad we went with Towneplace Suites. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and has modern decor that is really beautiful. The room was perfect! Spacious and provided amazing amenities including a very comfortable bed. The location is great- right off the highway but you cannot hear any surrounding traffic (we had the end room closest to the highway on the 4th floor- not a sound). The staff was friendly and courteous in all our interactions and provided a nice breakfast spread. I wish we could have stayed another day or at least longer to use the pool because it looked awesome and provided a great space to sit. I will certainly be back. Thank you!

This was our second stay at the Towneplace Suites in Crown Point. It is in a great location, and is a brand new hotel. My only two wishes are that the beds were more comfortable and that there was some sort of pancake or waffle at breakfast. When we stayed there the first time, I thought it was just because the hotel was so new that they didn't have the waffle makers going, but now several months later still no waffles (or pancakes). Every other Towneplace Suites we have stayed at have always had that option. I would love to see it next time we're there! All of this to say, we will definitely stay there again and I would recommend you do too!

Everything was really good but there is water coming out of the shower that runs in to entrance of the room so the Floor on that area is wet as soon as you step in to the room water came out , I still recommend it I will go back, the pool area is great and indoor makes it better!!!!!!
