This breezy five bedroom home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a paved shortcut that leads directly to the main area of Crown Point where you can find many popular restaurants and bars in a short 5-10 minute walk.

With five ensuite bedrooms, this villa is perfect for groups of five that want their own space and bathroom, or groups of ten with two to a room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with and ensuite bathroom and a powder room also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find four ensuite bedrooms, two of which have doors opening up to a lovely terrace with a view of the pool and garden area. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for group cooking, and the large outside grill is great for an evening BBQ. The living and dining area comes without air-conditioning but is not missed with the two sliding doors that welcomes a lovely breeze.
