The hotel is very comfortable in general only issue we’ve had is checking in early when I’ve requested to check in early. We were in town for our father‘s funeral and even though I requested to check in early prior, they still will not allow us to then wanted to charge us $50 to do so. We had several people from out of town that stayed at the same hotel and when they went to go check in early, they were given the same issue. I know it’s policy but when you request it a day or two beforehand and let them know why you’re checking in early because you’re there for a funeral. That is crap. I’m sorry but it is Hilton needs to reevaluate their check-in policy. That is just my opinion. I have stayed at this hotel several times now and each time checking in early has been a big problem, Along with the day person that normally checks in she has been rude. The rest of the staff and the evening clerk have been awesome. Some of our family that stayed there as well. Very put off by it to the point they said next time they will stay at the lower rate hotel.

Our stay has been good overall. Staff is very friendly hotel is clean and comfortable. Only one complaint is being charged for checking in early half hour early, so we had to wait and the front desk person at the time was very rude, when I finally did get checked in with a different front desk clerk she was awesome.

We were there for my sister’s funeral. They weren’t kind and compassionate. The room was extremely nice. Good place to stay. ALL the staff we met was generally kind. Good stay.

What I didn’t like was we had lots of ants, they had to come spray our room. There was hair in the shower & some thing sticky on the shower door. Also cob webs in every single corner. We were told there wasn’t anything the could do. What I liked was the decoration & the water/ice machine. Very quiet. Pet friendly & lots of space for the dogs. Glinda was great!!! Thanks so much Glinda!!!

There were ants in the bathroom. There was mildew in the shower. The towels needed bleaching. A desk lamp stopped working as soon as I turned it on. The water doesn't get hot. The property is relatively new, but cheaply constructed. The door frame of the bathroom looks like it's separating from the wall.

The property's hot water went out during my stay. Hilton has refused to help with any sort of refund or satisfaction regarding this due to booking with a 3rd party (expedia). You're not considered a "guest" at Hilton unless you book directly with them and they feel no obligation to you as a customer.
