It's basically a very old hotel that needs remodeling. There is mold on the lamp shades and on different areas of the rooms.

The toilet leaked, there was a dead bug in my room, the beds were awkward like to big for the frame the fridge was off balance and nearly fell on my kid when she tried to open it. For how pricey the room was i was extremely disappointed.. o ly good thing was the pool area!

Dated but served its purpose.

Not too many options in Crockett Texas. The holiday inn express is the newest place in town, it was booked up for the Davey Crockett Classic. This used to be the Knights Inn. It’s dated and in need of renovation, but it’s was acceptably clean and available. Doors open to the outdoors, stairs only to the second floor.

I love Crockett and nearby areas, I attend a motorcycle event and for some reason my buddies book me 3 nights but on 2 different hotels, this one and the Holiday Inn nearby, by the way: GO FOR THE HOLIDAY INN. This is not a Courtyard by Marriott, hotel is nasty, old and unsafe, when I just arrived and asked the front desk to please cancel my 2nd and 3rd nights they weren't able to do that, anyways I'm happy that I leave the property and didn't spend a single night in there. Trust me, you wil want to take a shower with your socks on.

Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant property experiences I’ve had. The parking area outside and exterior of the room was muddy. The room had multiple defects: Paint chips, chipping drywall, broken shower, mold in the bathroom, broken and mismatched bathroom tiles, exposed outlet walls, unclean and burnt hair dryer plug, dirty & chipped floor tile, torn curtains, chipped & dirty door wood and paint, at least two defective outlets and one of two broken lamps, worn out bed mattresses. The front office staff was understanding.

Where do I start. The room had no place to hang our clothes. The TV and refrigerator did not work. The bulb in the lamp was burned out. When I checked the plug it came out of the wall. The wood like floor was coated with a wax like cleaner that got on the bottom of your soxs and feet. A towel we placed on the floor was yellow the next morning. The coffee maker was so dirty that even running plain hot water through it was of no help. Therewere also cockroaches in the room. It was so bad we had to move the next day to another hotel. We were told we would have to pay an early departure fee which I don’t believe we should have based on the condition of the room. We’re asking for a full refund.
