Villa in Dramalj, family friendly, pool, close to the beach

The two-storey holiday home, built in 2015, is located in the popular resort Dramlj on the Crikvenica Riviera. It is near the center. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, as well as for active vacationers and water sports enthusiasts.

This house offers 100m² of living space and sleeps six. It is tastefully decorated in warm colors. The ground floor has a bathroom and a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining room with open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, toilet and washing machine. The living room has a seating area with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200cm) for two people. The dining area is next for six. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower and toilet. The house has two air conditioners.

The covered terrace on the ground floor, with garden furniture is ideal for relaxing. The kids will enjoy the other terrace with a children's playground. An electric grill is available on request, and there are two on-site parking. Upstairs also a covered and furnished balcony is off the master bedroom.

Familienurlaub so wie es sein soll

Kleines zweistöckiges Ferienhaus mit kleinem Pool. Waren dort mit Familie mit 3 Kindern. Praktisch mit 2 Bädern. Vier Betten, ein Kind muss auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, separat abschließbar. Vermieter, Check in und out alles soweit OK, jederzeit erreichbar. Einziges Manko etwas laute Straße. Gerne wieder.
