Staff were all friendly, rooms clean and food was amazing. The room furniture was shabby, the bathroom lighting was dark so not suitable for applying makeup. For the price I paid, the room was smaller than I was expecting but overall Crieff Hydro is good for a break but I would say it is more suited for families.

Unsure exactly what amenities there were , no one bothered to explain. Room was stuffy; apparently place does not have AC in rooms but they did have small portable fan to plug in, which was needed. Dining options were nice.

6/10 Okay

I was overall disappointed with our stay at Crieff Hydro , room was far to warm no air conditioning, had a fan on all weekend, we had a fridge in our room that blew our hot air and didn’t keep anything cold ! On checking out no one person asked how our stay was which is really bad customer service as I have stayed in numerous hotel and had a lot better service, the receptionist just asked “our room number and said nothing was charged to room ok that’s fine” and that was that

The room was a little dated and we had to get the team to sort out our thermostat in the bathroom. They were super quick to fix. In room water bottles were not given and did not exist at the hotel. Breakfast was good and had a great spread for everyone. Glen activities is a must if you have children. The offroad car experience and mini golf was great for my 4 year old. The pool was good and great temperature. Overall good stay but not sure why there was no water in the rooms.
