This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in our main residence, on the garden level and facing the sea, with private access. Adjoining the accommodation, you have a small, landscaped lawn area, perfect for a meal or a nap outdoors. A parking space with an electric charging point is reserved for you (€0.26/kWh) within the gated property. The residents' road provides direct access to the beach in 400m and a 2-minute walk. The accommodation: The entrance leads into the living room which contains a sofa, a television, and a kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). A small hallway leads to 4 rooms: - the bathroom (shower) and sink), PGJyPg - the children's cabin bedroom (2 bunk beds 180x90). Each bed has a reading lamp, and the main lighting is LED, with a remote control allowing you to adjust the color and intensity... ideal for helping children fall asleep. PGJyPg - the toilet, PGJyPg - the master bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) PGJyPg PGJyPg Sheets and towels are not provided. PGJyPg Guest access PGJyPg 100m walk from our place is the "Manoir de la Poterie" hotel-restaurant, which includes a gourmet restaurant and a spa. Remember to book.
