Looks fantastic from the photos but they forget to mention it's under construction.
Twin room but had to hunt for a second towel and only one shampoo and body wash supplied.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely disgusting and expensive. Both main courses sent back as the food was tough, bland and had been left under heat lamps for so long there was a skin on the sauce and the cabbage was burnt, not to mention the pork was so dry and tough. My friend ordered tortellin, which had definitely come out of a very cheap packet, it would have been more pleasurable eating cardboard. However, we were assured the soup was made on site and that was ok, but definitely not the standard a 4 star hotel should be serving. Cheese board again ok but basic, Brie and chedder quite boring for a 4 star hotel. But they did not charge us for any food due to the original dishes being so poor.
I was quite worried that breakfast would be awful but we were pleasantly surprised and it was very good.
The room was very hot during the night, no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep.
I've stopped at many lovely hotels and this was one of the worst I've stayed in. They really need to up their game if they think they can charge the prices they do.
Definitely would not recommend.
