Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication.

Bring your own bleach, toilet roll and soap

Was overbooked due to squatters - Was put in another property too far away for what I needed- no apology given - no communication- filthy bathroom and kitchen and legs on bed were wonky. Tripped on landing as floor uneven and cluttered. Poor safety standards.
