This was a great property. The room was clean. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly. It even snowed on one of the days I was there, which was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was in the fitness center. An older white lady came in as I was finishing my workout and complained about how long I had been in there. She said she was watching me to see when I would leave. I was only in there for about 45 minutes, but I was not aware that I was being watched or that someone was waiting. As a black woman from the South, I found her tone to be a bit racist like I didn’t belong there. The encounter felt very uncomfortable given the current climate in the country. People of color, stay aware of these types of people and situations. And maybe the hotel can post additional guidelines for using the fitness center.

I love this Comfort Inn and Suites. I have been staying here annually on my travels from state to state for the holidays. I love that the rooms are very clean, sheets and bed are one of most comfortable. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly, accommodating to special requests and needs. Security and lighting makes me feel very safe, and like that they can accommodate my dog. Breakfast too has better eggs with a more robust flavor and choices available than other places have stayed. I will be continuing to stay with them yearly. Very happy guest.

The staff was very friendly. I am especially impressed with the young lady that was pregnant working the front desk. She was knowledgeable and friendly all while carrying a baby. I think people don’t acknowledge enough how difficult it is working while that far along in pregnancy. Also, the rooms were clean. The bathrooms were especially clean and that’s most important to me. Overall we had a good stay and we would book in the future when visiting Florida.
