The fridge was not cleaned out when we got there. There was hair all over the place. It didn’t look like the shower was cleaned. The actual hotel was nice and clean. Just not our room.

The staff was excellent. Even though I have a local ID, I recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I do like the fact that they do not rent to locals. My parents lived in Crestview most of their life and based on our experience in Crestview, any locals wanting to stay at a Crestview motel are up to no good. So that’s a great policy. My last stay in Crestview was a similar instance that they mention they are trying to prevent. Lots of noise and drinking and cars pulling up and partying most of the night. This place is super quiet, well-maintained, very professional. A rare thing in Crestview.
