The only positive experience during our stay, which lasted only about five minutes, was Soho, the front desk attendant. They were courteous and helpful when assisting us with receiving our refund.

I liked the price but if I wasn’t too tired from my 12 hour drive, I would have left. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, probably due to the permanent resident smoking right outside a few rooms down. People were loud and you can hear everything outside the room. . And the bed had some odd purple stains on them. Sheets smelled clean though. Definitely wouldn’t even consider taking my family here. Staff was kind and I’m sure they would try to accommodate a request to switch rooms but I was just too tired to complain.

I would not suggest to stay at this location due to people live in the rooms at this hotel. The first room I was given when we arrived, went into the room and it looked like somebody had sat on the bed and it smelt like marijuana.

Convenient location to Crestview southbound. Helpful night staff. Non existent day staff. Breakfast was late opening and there was no milk for the cereal. Chair in room had damage like it had been cut with a knife and the desk had been repaired but the wood was not finished. Decent for the price, better at a lower price.
