Your Getaway to Paradise

Welcome to my home in Paradise! There is truly no place else than Crested Butte I would rather be. You will have this very clean and quiet condominium all to yourself. Downstairs is a comfortable living room area and full kitchen. There is also a bathroom and stand-up shower located on the first floor. The wireless internet works well and there is cable TV, lots of games and a bluetooth stereo for you to connect to. There are two bedrooms with queen beds located upstairs with a bathroom/shower. In the common area within the housing association is a volleyball net, common BBQ area for all guests to enjoy, a large yard to play, and a beautiful new sitting area by a pond to watch sunrises and sunsets. There is a washer/dryer for you to use as well. You have one parking spot available for your stay. If you have additional cars, the HOA charges an extra $20 for the length of your stay per vehicle. NO PETS are allowed at this rental, sorry for any inconvenience. We also use an ionizer on each floor in between stays that kills most germs, bacteria, and viruses.
