The ideal location for large gatherings such as reunions, retreats, weddings, and any other event involving many people! This bundle includes all units at Academy Place, with six cottages and six townhomes totaling a sleeping capacity of eighty-nine people.

Our luxurious townhomes and cottages are each equipped with a full kitchen with large and up-to-date appliances. The bundle includes seven fireplaces, four rooftop patios, six hot tubs, and a courtyard around which all units are centered. Academy Place is located in the heart of Crested Butte, a gathering of units just across from the Center for the Arts, and only a short walk from Elk Avenue. The grocery store, bus stop, shops, restaurants, and more can be found within a few blocks of Academy Place.

A truly one-of-a-kind option, Academy Place is the perfect place to gather loved ones, colleagues, or new friends, in one centralized location, while still offering privacy and the comfort that a fully-equipped cottage or townhome provides.

All Academy Place renters are required to sign our rental agreement, which involves a 50% nonrefundable deposit and the second half payment 180 days ahead of arrival.
