The property description was accurate in the description of the amenities and space. The unit older, had several non-functioning or missing screen doors, is only accessible by climbing 67 steps from the parking lot. Speaking of parking, the lot is first come-first served, we were there during off-peak and had no issues though. The kitchen is not well stocked. Otherwise everything was fine.

Budget is a more appropriate word than “causal”. Given the price I think it is fair to market the condo as budget. It needs a fair amount of maintenance, like screens on the sliders, sheets that do not have blood stains, functioning toilet handles, cleaned carpets...or better yet, replaced with some kind of hardwood or alternative flooring. The unit smelled like weed; not a huge inconvenience unless you have a 3 year old in tow, and wanted to leave some sliders open to get fresh air in the summer months.If want cheap and convenient, this is definitely your place. Just don’t expect frills. It’s good for younger travelers on a tight budget, that don’t mind overlooking the maintenance issues.
