Completed in September of 2022, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a luxury living, dining and kitchen area with an industrial feel designed and appointed with racing enthusiasts in mind. Step out onto the balcony for fantastic views of Ricochet, Little Bend, Buzzard Neck, Boot Hill and Tombstone some of my favorite corners on the 1.7 mile road course and turn to the left and check out the entirety of the world class KartMoto go-kart track next door. Expect the glorious sound of internal combustion engines!

We enjoyed the our stay at the Track House. Our family came in for a race/easter weekend. The house was great with its 3 bedrooms(comfortable beds) and balcony to watch the races from. The living area was a good place to relax. The kitchen was stocked well with the necessary items I needed to cook a couple of meals. It was easy to get to and from where my husband was racing. Jeff was a great host and easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful weekend.

Really nice place

We live near Lake Benbrook and were having a week long college reunion with 6 other couples. Was sorry not to have enough space at our place so the overflow stayed at the Track House. What a great place and friends were very thankful to have such a great place and unique venue to enjoy. You won’t be disappointed in staying here. Thanks Jeff for offering this place.

Great place for a group of car enthusiasts

This is a great location if your doing anything at Motorsports Ranch. A group of us went up Friday night and had dinner at Fly By Night Steakhouse which was excellent. I did the DriveXotic experience Saturday morning which was a blast. I'd highly recommend this place! Jeff was quick to contact me after I booked the place on VRBO and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Thanks Jeff.

Best Experience a Girl and her dog could ask for ❤️

As single a female traveling, has its own levels of anxiety. My experience here at the track house was absolutely phenomenal. The house is in a very quiet, safe private neighborhood. And it put all my concerns to rest. Great view of the track. Absolutely spotlessly clean house. Great communication with the management/owner. My puppy and I absolutely slept so soundly knowing we were in a safe quiet neighborhood and not just some random hotel. I will absolutely be coming back if it all possible. Although from the sounds of it, my track instructors are probably going to try and beat me to the booking. It was also really important that I have some place that had a really good or well equipped kitchen. Everything here was super high tech worked phenomenally and I loved every minute of it. H-E-B is only 8 miles away. And if you’re truly exhausted, it’s still want that home-cooked meal, this is the perfect spot. Thank you so much.
