A bright country home that makes up part of a traditional Italian farmhouse (known as a Cascina.) Conveniently located next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than a 30 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and Lago Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.

The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.

Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens.

This unit is on 2 levels, measuring about 110 square meters and is composed on the first floor of an entrance that leads to the dining area with a big table and an equipped kitchen, a large living room with a single bed, a comfortable double sofa bed and a smart TV. On the mezzanine floor, reachable via a beautiful wrought iron and wood staircase, there is a double bed of 180x200 cm, a study area with desk and a bathroom with large Italian shower.
