this is a 28' travel trailer with two slide outs. Queen size bed with a new mattress, fireplace that operates on propane(tenant will need to buy their propane) but electricity, sewer, water and garbage included. Island kitchen, refrigerator and a freezer, couch makes into a bed and the dinette set can also be made into a bed. Very quiet, safe neighborhood and lots of nature.

Neighborhood Overview
beautiful area north of Crescent City about 12 miles. Very close to the Smith River and beaches. We have a little over 2 acres and if your a fisherman the smith river is not far and has salmon and steelhead to fish for. Pristine area surrounded by redwood trees and a lot of wildlife. and very little traffic and very quiet neighbors and very safe
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
Recreational activities include a playground.
