The villa has spacious outdoor private area set on a different levels and terraces all facing the lake; At the lower terrace there is a private swimming pool (5x7 mt. depth from 1.20 to 1.60 mt.) facing the lake and equipped with elegant sun beds and umbrellas.
The upper terrace features a Jacuzzi on where to bath and relax admiring the unique landscapes that only Como Lake can offer.
The middle terrace guest will have the outdoor dining area with table, chairs and gas barbeque where organize al fresco meals.

Villa Perla interiorly has all facilities and has been accurately equipped in order to offer a luxury relaxing vacation to its guests. There is a large bright living room, with sliding glass doors giving access to a terrace offering magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains; the living is equipped with elegant sofas and arm chairs, a working fire place and Satellite TV, a dining angle with table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, electric injunction stove, microwave, electric over, espresso machine etc.

The night are feature on the first floor a double bedrooms with double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, access to terrace with lake view; a second double bedroom still on the first floor with double bed (180x200 cm), access to terrace with lake view the room can use the bathroom on the corridor with Jacuzzi bath with magnificent lake view.
The master suite is located on the third floor with double bed (180x200 cm), walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and an additional sofa bed for two kids or one adult. The room has direct access to the outside terrace on which the Jacuzzi is located and offer wonderful views.
It is possible to add two single beds and guest can chose where to locate them. The property is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, laundry facilities, private parking on site.
