7. Frecavalli Apartment in an Old Building

7. Frecavalli is located in a wing of Casa Bianchessi, a 16th-century palace that has belonged to our family for decades.
We recently completed a careful restoration of the frescoes that adorn the bedrooms in particular: bouquets of roses in the master bedroom, the “Camera delle Rose,” and intricate Greek motifs and garlands in the other, the “Camera Francese.”
Staying at 7.Frecavalli allows you to immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere that is both historic and contemporary at the same time. 7.Frecavalli is a spacious, large apartment.

It consists of a dining room, illuminated by a large French door leading to a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard; a kitchen equipped with 4 electric burners, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher; a living room onto which the apartment’s front door also opens; a very spacious bathroom; and two bedrooms.

Free parking in the building’s courtyard is an extremely important feature that 7.Frecavalli offers its guests: inside the courtyard, beneath the balcony, there is a parking space reserved exclusively for guests.

Thanks to the large windows that characterize every room, the house enjoys sunlight throughout the day.

The master bedroom, or “Camera delle Rose,” measures just under 40 square meters. Its walls are adorned with dozens and dozens of bouquets of small roses painted in fresco, and the ceiling features rose-shaped medallions, also painted in fresco.

The second room, the “French Room,” which is smaller than the master bedroom, is decorated with exquisite frescoes, among which a distinctive lapis lazuli blue stands out vividly.

From the courtyard of Casa Bianchessi, you can enjoy a view of the spire of the Duomo’s magnificent bell tower, located just a few steps from the house.
If there are only TWO (02) GUESTS, ONLY the Rose Room will be made available. If, however, TWO guests WISH TO USE BOTH BEDROOMS—and thus also the French Room—they must indicate the number of THREE (03) guests when making the reservation.

As for the rest of the apartment, it will be entirely and exclusively at the guests’ disposal.

As previously specified, guests will have access to a parking space reserved exclusively for them in the building’s courtyard.
