The property is basic accommodation and under the flight path of the Gatwick airport runway…extremely noisy 6 am to 11pm.. I left due to the LACK of quiet.. every 5 mins a plane going above! 😢

I have never stayed at this hotel before, but have heard good reviews when I have looked at other Trivelles Hotels. As soon as i parked up at Waterhall I knew it was going to be a pleasant place to stay. I was so happy to see that it was everything and more than what was in disposition as a country side house retreat. 👌 I was myself travelling for work, and booked a single room. It had everything I needed and more. My room included a really big flat screen TV with netflix and the rest available, Desk & Chair, Wardrobe and amazingly for the price and the fact it was a single room there was even a fridge. Definitely the best single hotel room I have ever booked and stayed in. Will 1000% book again when I am staying near Gatwick👌👍

Location was good, close to the airport but even though we could see the planes just above us the noise wasn’t a problem. Room was clean, bed was comfy and we slept well. The shower was hard to use getting very hot at times and VERY slippery. Parking was close to the hotel and seemed safe. The reception doesn’t open until 3 and until that time the hotel door is locked so you can’t wait anywhere until checkin. We arrived after a 27 hour flight and even though we knew we couldn’t check into our room until 3 we thought we’d wait in the foyer but instead needed to wait in the car.

Perfect stay!

Our stay at Trivelles was perfect. We had a friendly greeting, our room was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. In a pretty location too, with a couple of really nice pubs nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
