Toilet and shower were dirty. Staff did not answer the phone at the front desk. I had to physically visit the desk at 4:00AM to have them adjust temperature in the room. Poor shuttle service to the airport.

Very disappointing to book for a hotel using the Radisson name, when the standard is completely different. Feels like click bait. Elevator super small, poor light in the room, very poor mini bar, with not even cold water provided. Bad smell on the hallway in the morning, no free shuttle to the airport, which is just next door, and no 24hr room service, considering I had a late flight and arrived close to midnight. I was offered queen size bed in the booking but it ended up being two twin beds only pushed together, with two twin size mattreses. Very uncomfortable.
