Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet). Sehr zentral gelegen, was einerseits toll ist, andererseits am Abend aber etwas laut sein kann. Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage top, aber Achtung: maximale Höhe bei 1.95m.

Bonne expérience

Position stratégique, en plein centre de Montana, à deux pas des remontées mécaniques. Belle vue dégagée depuis le balcon de la salle à manger. Double vitrage et cuisine récemment refaites. Un plus pour la place de parking. Les moins de ce logement sont: les lits et les oreilles un peu vieux et inconfortables, tout comme le canapé et le fauteuil du salon. Dommage pour l’absence d’une machine à laver dans le logement, nous avons utilisé la buanderie du bâtiment qui était chère et souvent occupée.

Tres agreable, emplacement ideal

Un appartement tres agreable, lumineux, avec une cuisine tres bien equipee. Large balcon cote sejour, avec une tres belle vue cote sud. Les 2 chambres, aussi avec un large balcon, avec vue sur le centre ville de Montana et les montagnes du domaine skiable. On se trouve en plein centre de Montana, et a 10 minutes a pied de Crans. Une situation vraiment ideale.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien entretenu. Dans la cuisine il y a tous les ustensiles nécessaires. La pièce à vivre est très grande et lumineuse. Les chambres sont elles aussi spacieuses. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis excellent c'est à cause des salles de bains qui mériteraient un coup de jeune et le canapé dans le salon qui est vraiment vieux et pourrait être changé. A part cela c'est un appartement que je pourrais relouer sans aucun problème.
