This 65m2 two-room apartment is situated on the top floor of "Faucon 1B" with a south-facing orientation. The space features sloping ceilings and was fully renovated in 2019. You will find a living/dining room with a double sofabed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. The large bedroom includes a French bed measuring 160 cm with a length of 200 cm. The open kitchen connects seamlessly with the living area, and there is a shower room with WC. A 10m2 west-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors.

Your vacation accommodation comes fully equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, open-hearth fireplace, and heating. The kitchen features a ceramic glass hob with 4 hotplates, an oven, microwave, kettle, and electric coffee machine. Entertainment options include a cable TV with flat screen in the bedroom.
