This was a great last minute find, 40 mins from Gatwick and great staff, from check in, to bar service and check out. Family room was more than big enough for two adults and a child of 11. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Breakfast was simple but enough, continental style help yourself but was good too. Will stay here again whether using Heathrow or Gatwick. Many thanks to all the staff
