Worst Hampton inn ever

Very bad, worst Hampton inn we’ve stayed at, the room even tho it was renovated it was still falling apart and the hotel manager never contacted me and non of the staff care, Jackie at the front desk shouldn’t be working there, she is so damn rude and said I was trying to get a free room when I ask for some money back for all the problems. Never stay at this hotel as it is poorly managed.

Only complaint i have is my 83 year old mother was with me on my stay and the bed was to high. So we had to make a makeshift step for her. Since they didnt offer any kind of step stool for her.
