I booked a 2 queen bedroom online. Upon check-in, the first room they gave me already had occupants in it! The next room was clearly not cleaned, it was only a single king bed and the bedding and pillows were all piled on the bed. The front desk staff told me there were no other rooms available. We left and found another hotel to stay for the night. We were still charged by Expedia!

Only gripe was Expedia said $10 pet fee but they charged $20 and said Expedia was wrong. I even showed them but they wouldn’t budge on the fee. Otherwise the place is really nice!!!

There was a very loud party on December 28 in the breakfast room. Lasted very late in the evening. Our room was 110 right across from the party. Then at breakfast the 29th my husband was eating biscuits and gravy in the breakfast room and big into a screw. We told the staff but they were not very concerned.

Clean room, just disappointed that I booked a king room months in advance but ended up in a 2 bed queen room. My husband was hunting and I was looking forward to a couch in the room to sit comfortably and read my books while he was busy.

The hotel was clean but the staff was limited and not at check in counter. Rooms were small. The hotel was dark and the grounds unkept. Not much appeal. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices. Pricey for condition of area.
