Experience this secluded, private, newly constructed 2-bedroom house with your own private lake. The bedrooms each feature a king bed, offering guests a comfortable and restful night. Each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom, including refreshing showers, making mornings a breeze. In the closet are extra pillows, a fan, and a towel rack. The living room provides extra space with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. Enjoy the full kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, sink, and dishwasher. The sink has a large window that overlooks the lake and fountain. A large washer and dryer are included for your use. The home has its own private Wi-Fi and each bedroom and living room also has a smart TV. A queen size air mattress is available if desired. The lake (shared with the landowner) has a deck and a boat ramp. The 5-acre lake has beautiful sunrises, lots of wildlife, a fountain, and is great for fishing. A private bathroom has been constructed by the lake for your use. Enjoy the country life with a small restaurant just minutes away that serves homemade breakfast and lunch, The towns of Warren and Monticello are an easy drive, and Lake Monticello is just 10 minutes away.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful. The cleaning was immaculate and everything was easy to figure out in the check-in process. The view in the morning over the lake was outstanding. And we loved the privacy and independence it gave having little kids able to have somewhere to play and run around in the living room vs. having a hotel room. We will definitely be booking here in the future when the time comes.
