We stayed in a budget room. The room was very clean with ample supplies of toiletries and tea and coffee. There were extra pillows in the room which I love. The decor was fresh even though it was an older styled room. The pool looked great - a good size set in a pleasant courtyard accessible directly by the room. Air con was efficient, new and quiet. Microwave, toaster and jug supplied with 2 sets of cutlery and flatware. There was a weird parking system where you park several doors away from the allocated room. A negative was no opening windows in the room.

This was a lovely little gem in the heart of Cowra. All rooms set around an internal garden/pool area. Beautiful aspect. Close to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

The guy at the desk was disinterested, disengaged and borderline rude. Highly recommend he gets a job driving a truck or somewhere similar, where customer service isn't required, because there was none. Otherwise, a clean room but basic, with a coffee machine provided but no pods! The whole place is tired and needs a renovation...
