About the home

"Sea Breeze" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, two story town house, very close to the Cowes beach and shops. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs you will find bedroom 2 (with BIR) and bedroom 3 (with TV and DVD player), a European laundry in the foyer, and the main bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet).

Upstairs is the large open plan kitchen, dining/living room (with 55" 4k smart TV, Foxtel Plus, CD, and DVD player) which provides access to the upstairs front balcony. The master bedroom is also upstairs with BIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet) as well as a separate toilet.

Outdoor Areas

There are an outdoor table and chairs on the upstairs balcony as well as in the downstairs enclosed yard. Also at your disposal is the communal solar-heated in-ground pool, and shady BBQ area. There’s a single lock up garage. There are also some visitors car park as well as street parking.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top as well as the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has 2 x wall mounted reverse cycle A/C units - one in the upstairs living room and the other in the downstairs foyer. There’s also one stand-alone fan.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, accommodating up to 7 guests:

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri-bunks
Bedroom 3 also doubles as a second TV room

Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. SEA BREEZE HOLIDAY

This property needs some maintenance.....lights do not work - need new globes. The blinds are old and faulty. The sliding doors are hard to open and close - locks need WD40 to help them. The air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom is faulty. I rang and reported it and the person I spoke to on Monday 13th told me to switch it on and off at the fuse box which I did. It slightly improved it but it needs to be serviced as it does not work consistently. The upstairs air conditioner only turns on and off if you are directly underneath it....and you have to press the button a heap of times before it works. All this was disappointing as it was not a "cheap" stay. Also maybe a couple of full rolls of toilet paper rather then the leftovers from the pervious guest..... the cleaning was hit and miss.....sand in the washing machine and laundry trough....crumbs in the cupboards etc. It is the little things that make it special. The pool was great and so was the location. I am not sure I would ever stay here again although I loved bits of it.

Sea Breeze review

Had a great stay and unit was very convenient and a great detour. We had one minor issue with bed listing 2 singles and 2 queens when in fact it was 3 queens and 1 single. Overall it was clean,tidy and comfortable. Thank you!

Great location, ideal layout for family , disappointing was the outdoor area from the downstairs bedroom, very untidy & the clothes line wasn’t able to be used as there wasn’t any wire.

Nice location but the house needs some TLC

It was disappointing to see our garage won’t close.. this was a bit concerning though the complex is locked so not the end of the world. We lost power which was a bad coincidence. House is decent, clean and good value for the price.

Perfect Location!

We are regulars at Phillip Island and travel to the area every chance we get. We usually use Stayz for booking our accommodation and this property was another gem! Perfectly located, close to the main street, shops and the beach. What more could you ask for! Well equipped, neat and clean. This was the complete package. Would definitely love to stay here again!
