Perfect outdoor area with a wraparound verandah, secure backyard, and ample parking, ideal for relaxed coastal living.
SPACE
Designed to accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably, this beautifully presented Hamptons-style retreat spans two spacious levels and is ideal for dual families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.
Step inside and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the home, an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, while the generous dining and lounge spaces provide the perfect setting for connection, conversation, or simply unwinding in comfort.
On this level, three bedrooms, each light-filled and thoughtfully styled, offer restful spaces for a good night’s sleep. The main bedroom is also located here, along with a central bathroom featuring a separate bath, shower, and toilet for added convenience.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-equipped laundry includes both a washing machine and a dryer for guest use.
Upstairs, a second expansive living area serves as a peaceful retreat, opening out onto a sun-drenched deck, ideal for lazy afternoons or evening drinks. This level also includes a fourth bedroom, a second large bathroom, and an additional single daybed in the living area for added flexibility.
Outdoors, enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound covered verandah, or make the most of the fully fenced, north-facing backyard with mature gardens, two covered entertaining zones, and plenty of space for the kids to play. Parking is available in the driveway, with additional off-street parking also provided.
Please note that the house is located in a residential street with surrounding permanent residents. We welcome mature guests who will be respectful of the neighbours. The property is intended for relaxation-style holidays only; parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
