Surrounded by acclaimed wineries, boutique dining and scenic trails, it’s the ideal base for exploring Margaret River — one of Australia’s most celebrated wine destinations.
Winner of multiple 2024 Master Builders Awards, this former cheese factory in the heart of the Margaret River region has been transformed into a sophisticated sanctuary of industrial elegance and modern styling. Beneath soaring cathedral ceilings, the main living area features a wood-burning fireplace, an oversized L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted TV — setting the tone for relaxed, stylish gatherings. A second lounge in the front left wing invites quiet reading, while a third, tucked within the lofted primary suite, offers a private retreat for peaceful reflection.
The gourmet kitchen centres around a generous island bench and comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso machine, and thoughtful details to elevate every meal. Nearby, a timber dining table for eight sits beneath warm pendant lighting — perfect for lingering meals. For alfresco dining, step onto the patio where a large table invites you to enjoy sunset dinners and local wine.
