The room and the hotel overall was clean, however we never got our room serviced during our four nights stay. The TV signal got frozen so many times during the Macy's parade and the game on Saturday that left us frustrated and angry. Since it was during the holidays, there was not technical service available. Breakfast was good.

Ke’Aira and the entire staff are exceptional. Ke’Aira was our first introduction to our stay and she set the tone. Her phone soft skills translated beautifully to our in person customer service experiences. I wasn’t expecting a bad stay but I surely wasn’t expecting an incredible one. The woman who is over house keeping is a pure JOY. This will be our place of stay when visiting family.

I travel to Covington for business and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. All of the staff are so friendly from the Cleaning crew all the way to the management! I wish I knew all of the names so I could shout them out one by one. However, they’re each wonderful and so kind. That is why this is the only hotel that I will ever stay at when I travel here. it’s very easy to get an Uber or Lyft. It’s about 45 minutes to the airport from here. It’s so well worth it. DoorDash also comes in handy so that you don’t have to leave the hotel. However, right next-door they opened a new property so you can walk right over there and have a bistro type setting. Words can express how much I enjoy this property. Great job by the management team at always accommodating the guests. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning 😊 everything about this place is five star
