I like how all of the staff they're treated you respect they're very helpful they're very kind and it's just a peaceful environment to be in I highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again

Ice machine was broken asked front desk and they got an attitude about it. Had to wait an hr to check in room wasn't ready. Once again staff was hateful about it. While waiting on room went to use the restroom employee was in the bathroom coloring their hair, but they didn't have time to clean rooms. Staff was very unprofessional in my opinion.

The room had mold in the corners of the main room, the shower curtain fell off from the wall while I was in the shower. It was supposed to be a now smoking room, yet I could smell cigarettes in the bathroom. The breakfast was so awful, we left and went someplace else. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. My throught was scrathy and we coughed for an hour after we left the place.

Not a good place! The room was supposed to be smoke free and a queen bed but the room had a horrible smoke smell that had been cleaned and a small bed that felt like a full. I killed several roaches upon arrival and the carpets were sticky and unclean. Multiple pairings missing from the walls and random holes and screws everywhere. The kitchenette was just a piece of drywall screwed in and the countertop wasn’t even secure. Felt like a waste of money

Stayed in room 303 and had roaches in the room. Room smelled like mold. Beds were clean and the ac worked great. Those are the only positives though. They also don't care about smoking there. The hallways reaked of cigarette smoke. I would not stay here.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this place deserves it. First, it does not have the amenities mentioned in its profile, so they are dishonest. Adding to their dishonesty, they made an unauthorized charge of over $200 on my credit card and will not respond to any inquiries on the matter. Finally, I despite their claimed policy of changing sheets every three days, they did not do it. I had to ask three separate days to get that done.

We laid beach towels that I keep in my car on the bed and used our own pillows and blankets. We didn't take showers or eat anything offered. It was, that disgusting. My youngest daughter made the reservation and paid for it. We only came to town because our son was murdered. We had 2 rooms. Between driving 9 hours, viewing our dead son, having him cremated and dealing with law enforcement and our grandchildren, we were too exhausted to fight for a refund at the time. We still have not received our bill that was supposed to be emailed. This place needs a warning sign.

The picture depicted on Expedia was not the actual sight of the hotel when my family and I arrived. The hotel was grundgy and dark, the entrance smelled bad, and the receptionist was unfazed by our presence. We asked to see the room first before checking in. After seeing the room, we did not feel comfortable staying there for the night. We never checked in and went to a close by hotel in the area. The facility was much more welcoming and inviting. I a requesting a refund for this booking.

It was the worst experience i have ever had. Extreemly dirty, stains all over carpet, room smelled cigarettes, cockroaches and bedbugs. This place should even be open or have licence to sleep people. I wish i could give 0 stars

Not a pleasant experience

There was an option to check in early that we chose to pay for. The clerk seemed aggravated when we called to check on it and told us she hadn’t approved an early check in. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned from previous tenants. When we returned to the desk, the clerk ignored us until we replied to an automated text message on our phones about needing additional assistance. Again, she seemed aggravated. No apologies rendered. Just sent us to a room across the hall. The bathroom had hair all over it and several of the tiles in the floor weren’t even grouted to the floor. Stains on the ceilings and floors. The light sconces beside the beds were all broken. There was no hair dryer mounted and had to request one. The main guest bathroom near the breakfast area downstairs wasn’t cleaned any better. The sink had “gunk” all in it. Hotels that need some updating is one thing. Ones that simply aren’t properly cleaned are another.
