This hotel is more like an extended stay and the room didn't have any toilet paper inside the room and the blanket was not clean so I ended up checking out the same night I couldn't stay there.

This property is not available for late arrivals. My husband made a reservation. When he arrived late in the evening, the desk was closed, and he was not able to get his room. He had to sleep in the car. We have not received a refund.

Bathroom dirty, half of roll of toilet paper, room was never clean during the staying. Rooms supposed to be smoke free and the cigarette smell was horrible and I am asmathic and have to get therapy. So far worst hotel I even stayed in the Covington area. The staff was very friendly

Room was clean when i arrived. only issue was i stayed 3 days and received no house keeping service and when i asked i was told i had to book a week for me to be able to get house keeping. So for the 3 days i was there we received no clean towels , sheets , the trash bags , etc.
