I have never stayed at a Hilton property that was so disgustingly dirty. When we got to our room, I checked for bedbugs, but there were none. Then I spotted green mode growing on surfaces and at the baseboards of the carpet. I am going to send pictures to Hilton. They really need to take down this hotel for health reasons. Hilton knows that it is just so convenient, but they need to rebuild this structure.

A great end to our trip

Three items stand out: 1) it is quiet even though it's right at the airport; 2) staff is super friendly and accommodating 3) the rooms are clean, bed was super comfortable and the restaurant has a limited but well done menu.

We got stuck at the airport because of a tornado. We were so thankful for the staff at the DoubleTree. Rhonda (?) at the front desk, the shuttle driver and the waitress at the restaurant were all excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when we were so upset. Thank you!

We stayed here on a last-minute whim, and everything was great; the staff was wonderful. The only thing is that in the room, around the edges of the wall, it was extremely dusty. Also, there was a huge gap between the wall and the desk. When my husband looked back there to retrieve his hat, it was gross. Dead bugs and lots of dirty carpet. However, overall it was great!!

The staff is what took it over the top. Tyra was a ball of energy and smiles and she had great knowledge of the area and things to do. The entire mid morning stafg was amazing. The food was excellent and so were the servers. I will definitely stay again and recommend this location. So nicr to have a shuttle service as well.
