Holiday Home 'La Fabrique'

Set in a former farmhouse, “La Fabrique” has been renovated in an industrial style. You can enjoy the large landscaped garden (about 6,000 m²) and the 4x9 m swimming pool (open May to September, weather permitting), shared with guests of the “La Bohème” gîte (up to 15 people).

• Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle.

• Dining area with table for 6 people.

• Living room with large convertible corner sofa, TV, coffee table, and two armchairs.

• Large bedroom (14 m²) with double bed (160 x 200) and wardrobe.

• Second bedroom (11 m²) with two single beds (90 x 200) and wardrobe.

• Bathroom with washing machine.

• Separate toilet.

• 11 m² outdoor terrace with garden table, parasol, and barbecue.
