This peaceful accommodation in the heart of a medieval village offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Courthézon is ideally located between Avignon and Orange. <br>The house features a private terrace with seating and dining areas. The balcony also has a plancha grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings with a Provençal touch.<br>In Courthézon, you’ll find small shops offering local products. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the property.<br>Finally, our house serves as an ideal base for visiting the cities of Avignon and Orange, or for hiking in the Dentelles du Montmirail or on Mont Ventoux. The Mediterranean Sea, with its large sandy beaches, is also not far away (about a 1-hour drive).<br><br>This house, which is more than 400 years old, has been renovated with care and love to preserve its charm while offering a comfortable and functional environment. The living areas are located on the first floor, and the bedrooms are on the first floor of the house. The terrace and private balcony are located at the rear of the house on the first floor. <br>The house has three bedrooms. The largest bedroom is furnished with a bed (160×200 cm) and a desk with an office chair. The adjoining children’s room is furnished with a single bed (90×200 cm). The third bedroom has a 140×190 cm bed. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The children’s room is accessible through the master bedroom, so all three bedrooms can be cooled in the summer.<br>The house, of course, has a TV in the living room and high-speed internet (fiber-optic connection). <br>The kitchen is fully equipped: four-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, food processor, pots, pans, etc. <br>On the first floor, there is a small shower room with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as a separate second toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. <br>Bicycles can be stored safely and securely inside the house in a designated area upon request. <br><br>
