Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, boasting a superb view of the harbour, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 32 m² living room with sea views, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 32 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed, a seating area and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, and an iron and ironing board.

Impeccable mais bémol pour PMR

Très bel Appartement, super bien situé, très bien équipé pour cuisiner et parking intérieur fort apprécié. Attention pour PMR ( personne à mobilité réduite ). On mentionne qu’il y a un ascenseur mais on oublie d’indiquer qu’il y a 9 marches pour y accéder , ce qui peut poser problème pour certain.

Es gab kaum Geräuschbelästigung, aber die Möwen sind nunmal da :) 🙁 Alles super bis auf die Duschsituation, das war ein bisschen eng. Dafür gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Bad."

Un séjour parfait

Un appartement agréable, cosy et très confortable. Bien situé pour rayonner sur tous les sites du débarquement. Une belle vue sur le port et tous les soirs le soleil couchant. Place de parking au sous sol , literie et divan confortable. Une adresse à retenir , je valide à 100%

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 4.Etage, ist geschmackvoll renoviert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Yachthafen. Leider war es keine Nichtraucherwohnung, so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Nikotingeruch war dominant und hat uns als Nichtraucher sehr gestört. Reichliches Lüften während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes half leider auch nicht.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen etc braucht. Trotz der Lage direkt am Hafen war es Abends ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles kann man zufuß erledigen. Ob zum Bäcker, zum Meer, Restaurants etc. es ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Was uns ebenfalls gut gefallen hatte, war die Tiefgarage. Alles im allem ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt."
