Le Patio in Juno Beach, 100 m from the ocean - Parking - Wi-Fi - Cozy

Welcome to Juno Beach, one of the five D-Day landing beaches.
36m² apartment rated 3 stars, comfortable, with loggia facing west, without vis-à-vis.
Unobstructed sea views, Le Patio is quiet and bright and can accommodate up to 4 people + a baby + a well-behaved and clean small dog.
1st floor without elevator
The accommodation
Entrance with cupboard and coat hooks.
Living room with convertible bench (1 or 2 beds 80cm glued together, new bedding), opening onto a west-facing loggia with small garden furniture, ideal for aperitifs (!)
Bed linen provided.
Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, combined microwave oven, induction, Nespresso, toaster, kettle.
Bedroom with large double bed 160 and desk. New bedding. Bed made on arrival.
Bathroom with bathtub (a little high) and washing machine. One towel (70 x 140) per person over 3 years old provided, and the bath mat.
Separate toilet.
Wi-Fi / Netflix / Prime Video for rainy days (fortunately very rare in Normandy)
Children's scooters, balance bikes, board games, books for all ages and beach games are available, to travel light!
Baby kit: Sena travel cot by Nuna, high chair, bath bouncer, changing cushion, children's crockery.
Small, clean and well-behaved dog welcome, and at no extra cost, only if the responsible owners provide for his sleeping and their own protection for fabrics and bedding. Cats not allowed due to allergies
Traveler access
Free access to the closed parking lot of the residence.

Arrival by train: Caen train station \ bus line Nomad 3 Courseulles swimming pool, the stop is in front of the residence.
Other notes: late check-out on Sundays, enjoy until noon.
