The staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and it was over 30°,making it uncomfortable for sleeping, despite the very comfortable bed.

Good room , they don’t keep coffee in the room which they should , we also found iron nail sticking out in the balcony which hurt my wife. Location is excellent and the staff was super helpful and went over and above to help us.

We ended up in the annex next to the lift. We were worried about that to start with because of reviews. But we had a lovely stay and used the main hotel to sit and have drinks and play cards, et cetera. It worked out very well we would stay again.

The way this hotel advertises is very misleading. When we arrived we were told we had actually booked a room in their other building which was 150 metres down hill through a back alley, and beside a busy highway. As we approached it we saw this decrepit looking building. The front security door was broken, anyone could wander through the building as there was no reception in this building. All of the picture on hotels.com should the main building, a very attractive building on matter lined street, with a lovely lobby. Just be aware if you book this hotel that is not where you will be staying.

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. They even took dirty laundry at checkin late afternoon and gave us late check out the next day.
