The apartment is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, a 5-minute walk from Dollone, a hamlet within Courmayeur one of the most renowned alpine resorts in northwestern Italy. The Telecabina Dolonne cable car to Mont Blanc is a 15-minute walk away. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, Courmayeur offers a wide range of ski slopes suitable for all levels and is famous for its off-piste opportunities including the Vallée Blanche.

In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails. The Courmayeur Sports Center and Parco Giochi are about a 10-minute walk from here. Moreover, you can reach the Centro Historico in about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the rental.
