The apartment features a TV, free internet access, and board games. Lounge chairs are available to enjoy the terrace. Bath towels and bed linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee of 60 euros. Strictly non-smoking. Entire unit + ski locker. 1 private covered parking space can be reserved for 50 euros per stay. The accommodations are located in Courchevel 1650. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, with a free shuttle to get around the resort’s various areas. Winter: Direct access from the apartment to the vast 3 Vallées ski area. Numerous activities offered by the resort (see the tourist office). Aquamotion nearby. Summer: Hiking trails start here (Lake Rosière, etc.). Free ski lifts. Cleaning fees include bed linens. A full end-of-stay cleaning must be performed by the tenant or can be billed separately at a cost of 60 euros. If the cleaning has not been done or has been done incompletely, we will hire a cleaning company, and the costs (between 90 and 150 euros) will be deducted from the security deposit.
