Semi-detached house adjoining another gîte (not overlooked) with a private garden enclosed on three sides. Southwest facing, overlooking the countryside. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, fitted kitchenette, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with WC. Cleaning products provided. Oil-fired central heating (included in the price). Owners also run a winery. Welcome to the small gîte "Le Bois Doré" located in Cour-Cheverny, in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region.

The price does not include: ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION.
